Dr. Chen and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. I was suffering from intense pain due to a fractured molar. I called the office on a Monday (which is only open for appointments on this day of which I was not aware). I left a message explaining my situation. Dr. Chen herself called me back within 15 minutes to offer support. She indicated she did not want me to be in pain and SHE scheduled an appointment for me to come in the very next morning. To make matters better, during my appointment the hygienist (Vonda), receptionists, and Dr. Chen were all extremely wonderful and caring and understanding. They did a thorough job of vetting my problem, provided treatment options, and were very careful and gentle during my procedure (extraction). They did not rush or make me feel worse about my situation. They were honest about my outlook and made it clear that I was a new member of their dental family. Even though this was a time of intense pain, I had a great experience with this team and believe it or not, look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Illume Dental!

This was my first visit to a dentist in a long time. I have to say, this office is top notch. Every single person there is exceptional. I couldn't have found a better dentist. I had a wonderful experience at Illume Dental! Dr. Chen is kind, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. She skillfully explains procedures and then invites questions. I had not been to a dentist in several years and she made my return very comfortable. My husband raved about his experience so I made an appointment too. Don't hesitate, Dr. Chen is extraordinary and Vonda is equally friendly and fun.
