Did an excellent job on our recent home project to add windows. The team was very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.
My wife and I were looking for a company to remodel our two bathrooms and most of the upstairs in our new home in Bellevue. We were in a rush and needed to get the work done fairly quickly before moving in. After talking to a few different companies, we decided to go with BLC Remodeling. We were really impressed with how quickly they got everything done. Bogdan and his crew were great to work with and made the whole process easy for us, especially since we weren't there during most of the project. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent.
Great company to work with!
Starting with BLC Remodeling
The first step is a consultation. The company says it offers free in-home consultations across Bellevue and the Eastside, where the team looks at your space, talks through ideas and gives guidance before laying out next steps. Its website also takes estimate requests through a form, and the business answers 24 hours a day, every day.
The company describes each project as starting from a plan built around the home's layout and how the household lives. Finishes and layout get confirmed from there. It reports working as a general contractor since 2011 and states it is licensed and insured.

The company says it is based in Factoria and works often with homeowners in Sammamish, Newcastle and Issaquah. It holds a 4.8 rating from 46 Google reviews. Reviewers most often mention close attention to detail and easy, steady communication during the job, and two describe compact bathrooms where the crew made good use of tight space.
